Wind and Water

You wouldn't expect that wind over water could move that much water that fast, but a strong north wind both from the hurricane and a cold front combined to push a lot of water out of Tampa Bay. This wind pushed most of the water out of the marina I am in, and has supressed the low tide by as much as 2 feet even in the major ports.
